We just wanted to thank you again for the great job you did selling our rental house. I still can't believe it was on the market in less than a week and sold in less than a day! (And for the price we'd hoped to get.) You made it look so easy, but we know you did a lot of work behind the scenes to make it happen.

We also wanted to let you know how much we appreciate how flexible and accommodating you were to our needs and schedule. Life can be hectic with a baby in the house, so your willingness to come over on short notice and in the evenings made the whole process so easy.
