We just wanted to thank you again for the great job you did selling our rental house. I still can't believe it was on the market in less than a week and sold in less than a day! (And for the price we'd hoped to get.) You made it look so easy, but we know you did a lot of work behind the scenes to make it happen. We listed our property with James in the non-seasonal part of the year, and in a time when house prices were starting to back off - in the fall of 2008. James did the extra activities, such as e-mailing us feedback promptly from other realtor's clients that viewed our place, extra open houses, and successfully negotiated numerous challenges with the eventual purchaser.

Blessings,We believe it was no accident that Wade ended up golfing with James shortly after he decided to pursue a job in Regina. Although we were house shopping from Saskatoon in a market that had slowed down, not once did we feel like it was out of reach.
James kept us very informed and up to date with the latest in technology to catch the new listings. He sacrificed a lot of time and Saturdays that we traveled to look at houses. If he was unable to accommodate our schedule, he set us up with someone else that was very capable.
James was very patient and reassuring as our search reached close to 50 homes. He became very in tune with what we desired and it was just a matter of timing until the exact home showed on the market. After that he was right on top of it, dealing with the sellers and writing up a deal that went beyond meeting our needs.
