You kept us up to date with the latest listings and probably more importantly, you were actively looking for a house that met our criteria... even if the seller didn't have it listed for sale yet! And when we found "the one", you still made sure that we made an informed decision, not rushing us into anything. Moving here from a different continent and not being familiar with Canadian real estate, you gave us the much needed advice we needed (even with trivial stuff) and guided us through all the steps with the greatest professionalism!
Once we found our home, we watched in amazement as you leapt into action to ensure our offer was accepted, and just when we thought that a slow market might prevent our old house from selling, it took you less than 24 hours to put a sold sign on it.
